Firstly the salon rang me that morning to ask if I could come in earlier or the next day as a staff member had rang in sick, I came in a half hour earlier. The place was filthy the area I sat to get my nails done had nail dust and clipping every where from I assume previous appointments that weren’t cleaned away, 3 of my fingers bled when filing, I felt my appointment was very rushed and the overall finish was very chunky
