Linda is super fast, she can do a full set of nails in no time at all and they always look great! She also helps me pick a nice colour and gives recommendations, which is good for me as I'm very indecisive. The salon itself is really nice, I especially like the tables with the lamps built in, such a good idea!

After 35 mins of being ignored after my apt time, I left, even though I prepaid. Saw hair all over floor (not swept up after each client), staff walking in it. Filthy towel on floor covered in hair. Pedicure station not clean. Staff seem chatty-I was here yrs ago for a brazilian blowdry and results were good, but I forgot it was so dirty. Attention to cleanliness and timekeeping could make a huge diff, and apologise or let clients know if you're running very late with apointment.
