Venue unclean. Waxing room unclean. Wax dropped on jacket. Wax dropped in eye. Thank God, both cleaned quick. Had to remind therapist to go back and finish waxing middle of brow. Never again.

Firstly the salon rang me that morning to ask if I could come in earlier or the next day as a staff member had rang in sick, I came in a half hour earlier. The place was filthy the area I sat to get my nails done had nail dust and clipping every where from I assume previous appointments that weren’t cleaned away, 3 of my fingers bled when filing, I felt my appointment was very rushed and the overall finish was very chunky
