Nail technician carried out an approx 5 -10 minute video call conversation on her mobile while doing my nails. It was not in English but I could very clearly see it was with someone who was doing grocery shopping and needed confirmation of what to buy!!. Shocking! Inattentive and extremely unprofessional. Cleanliness still an issue.

Extremely busy . Seemed over booked. Lack of space for wIting customers
Cleaning/sterilising could be much better. The previous customers large nail clipping still on the bench when my nails were being done.
