While Mei was lovely staff and customers were not wearing masks and shouting, also overall the place was quite dirty. Manicure was excellent but was not a nice experience overall unfortunately

It’s very dirty in the shop. Dusty everywhere, cigarette butts at the door and hair all over the floor. No one was wearing a face mask. Noticed that all the hairbrushes had hair from previous clients on them ! Very very poor hygiene. Staff were friendly. Didn’t feel safe since with the COVID as well.
