Mei Mei was so lovely and attentive to my needs, it was my second wax ever and she made me feel relaxed throughout even though I was quite nervous to begin with.

After arriving well on time for my appointment, I was left for half an hour before I was seen to which left me very late for my next appointment, spent a lot of time dealing with another customer or chatting with staff, halfway through I was asked to move seat for someone else to finish my nails, then charged €40 instead of €35, the price I booked at, nails look chunky and fake, I won't be returning
