I arrived early no problem my coat was taking and hung up for me, I felt that I had a really good head and hair wash. I was asked I would like my hair dried I asked for my fringe to brushed away from my face which it was. Stylist was very friendly and chatty. Will go again

Amazing BIAB and nail design as always. It was incredibly busy though and the technician felt rushed doing my nails even though I had booked in ahead of time. They tend to overbook appointments which is unfair on people and technicians as your appointment feels rushed, you feel like an inconvenience and sometimes technicians are more brusque (&sore) than intended. Nails always look amazing and last for weeks.

Nice atmosphere . My daughter vas delighted with her Acrylics. Staff very friendly and efficient. Felt a little more filing and cuticle work could have been done with my pedicure
