I booked a shellac French tip and the service was extremely disappointing. The polish was applied incorrectly and left lumpy, with white residue still visible at the tips from filing. The stylist filed my nails aggressively for a long time yet they were still uneven. They attempted the French tip 3 times despite me explaining the issue, never fixing it. I asked for plain pink instead but it took ages to stop. I was told it was 26 but paid 33 online and no refund was offered. My nails are horrid

The service was good, and the staff was nice, but they will add more expensive services without asking, and at the end they will just charge you extra. I booked and payed for a classic manicure with normal polish, and they added the shellac without asking me and then charged me for it. Good service but consider that.
