When I arrived at my appointment time it was clear that the nail salon had overbooked. There were 2 nail technicians and about 6 people waiting (all wanting gel nails). I had to wait an hour before they started on my nails. The atmosphere felt hostile giving the frustration among the customers. Several people came in after me, also with appointments. Some people noted the long que and even left. My nails were rushed. It was not an enjoyable experience.

The staff were so kind. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. I loved how my nails and eyebrows turned out! Will definitely be going back.
