Very unhappy. I booked in for eyebrow shaping. When I got there they didn’t have my appointment. When I was then seen to they were completely rushing. I asked to keep the same thickness and just a tidy up but they shaped my eyebrows too short! Then when I said I had already paid on treatwell they tried to get to pay again insisting I should claim a refund from treatwell. She also said it costs more then I paid on here so she tried to make me pay more. I don’t recommend!

Rushed job - seemed like i was an inconvenience. She brought me down to the treatment room, began threading and then left for a couple of minutes without saying anything. Upon returning quickly finished the job and said “that’s it” leaving the treatment room without showing me the finished job. I had unfortunately prepaid
