I was happy with my overall appointment, the only downfall was that I had to wait for the hair stylist to arive for my scheduled appointment, appointment was meant to finish at 11.45 and I wasn't out till after 12. This put me in a tough situation as I had to find someone to mind the kids, because the person looking after them had to leave. Nevermind that what if the event wad lets say a Christening or a Wedding and I had to be there at a specific time. I just think it was very unprofessional.
