It became clear very quickly that I was being treated by a beginner nail technician. I was not told this beforehand. The biab refill process took at least an hour and a half and I had to ask for the quality to be improved because there were large gaps left, so it didn't look like they had been refilled at all. Another technician had to take over to do the french manicure and this was also poorly done and had to be done again. In total I was there for close to 3 hours. Very poor experience.
