This is not my first time getting a treatment here. However, this time, I was largely disappointed. My nails were overfiled on the sides which will make them weak and this was disappointing after growing them for months. I raised it to Valeria and explained I didn’t want that especially on my next hand. I was made to feel silly and my service wasn’t finished. It was embarrassing and highly inconvenient especially as I am travelling in 3 days with no other option.
