I am very disappointed with the lash lift. Already at the salon, once the lift was done, there was not much lift to show. I have done this before in other places an usually the effect is a lot more visible. The technician told me to wait and that once the lashes were dry, the lift would improve. After only a couple of hours after the appointment, the lift was completely gone and I currently have no more lift, only 2 days after. I called to request a full refund but have not yet heard back.

I felt so well treated that I’m coming back to other massage with Alana. She’s amazing, I’m pregnant and she was so gentle with me and my needs. Good environment though.
