Today, I contacted the clinic to cancel my appointment, knowing there was a fee. However, after speaking with César, we found a solution I was able to complete most of my procedures and reschedule the rest for a later date, avoiding the fee. I wanted to share this because it truly reflects the clinic’s commitment to its clients. Instead of simply enforcing a policy, they prioritized finding a fair and convenient solution. This level of care shows strong values and a genuine concern for custome.

It’s always a very pleasant experience to be at the clinic, from the moment I arrive at the reception and receive a greeting from Enzo, until the final moment of the procedure! Priscilla is my favourite therapist! She is friendly, helpful and super efficient, and has done an excellent job on me through the Butt Cell package. I highly recommend the team Perola Padilha!
