Staff was friendly and very efficient. Very pleasant experience for my daughters first haircut. Excellent value. We will be back again :)

Worst blowdry I’ve ever had. The lady attending to me was clearly annoyed as I was the last customer of the day. When I arrived she was having her hair washed so I waited for ten minutes. She got her colleague to help her with the blowdry, and while her colleague seemed pleasant, the lady I’d booked with proceeded to yank and pull my hair for the duration despite my visible discomfort. She tangled two brushes in my hair and had to dig them out. She burned my ear with the hairdryer. She didn’t leave the brushes in because she didn’t have enough so by the end half of the curls had fallen out before I’d even left the salon and the parts where she’d had to detangle the brushes were very frizzy. When I asked her to fix them she threw her eyes up to heaven. Highway robbery and thoroughly unpleasant.
