Unfortunately there was no top coat put on my nails on my right hand - I even asked if it had been placed on and was told yes but it was evident that it hadn’t been.
Within two days, two of the nails had come off and needed to be repaired. In fairness this was free of charge. But I was disappointed that both technician did not notice the lack of top coat and that after spending over 40 euro, the nails chipped.
However sophie was absolutely lovely and v nice to my daughter who was in tow.

My nails smudged sooner than I had expected after leaving the salon. I wondered about the spec of the nail varnish being used and also didn’t have any check of my nails done before I left. The nail tech had left the salon.
Something additional should be put on the varnish to ensure fully dry before leaving.

Susan is incredibly talented and skilled at what she does, but not only this, she makes you feel very comfortable and accommodated which is so rare these days. From entering the salon to leaving, you are made to feel welcome. The nail appointment itself was exceptional and my nails are still flawless today, very happy with the experience overall.
