I cannot thank Jan enough, I was in a great deal of pain and discomfort with my lower back, which had started to badly affect my energy levels, mood, other muscles. After one session the improvement was remarkable, finally I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. Jan also takes the time to explain in layman's terms exactly which muscles are affected and why. Superb. Looking forward to my next session.
