I went to Powerfully Balanced Body for my first time deep tissue massage to address back pain due to poor posture(too much time spent on a computer). Jan was highly knowledgeable, he explained well the process. He worked on my muscle knots and also offered valuable tips to improve my posture. Based on my needs, we have established a plan for long-term progress and sustainable recovery. I highly recommend this place.
