My biab was fixed by the lovely Emily after the first therapist clipped my nails too short and left them very uneven. A very poor standard I'm afraid to say. Was very disappointed with her but Emily came to the rescue. She is excellent at shaping the nails and understands what the client wants. Will definitely book Emily for my next biab.
