I had Biab nails with shellac on top. After a few days they were all cracked/scraped looking. I was away so couldn't go back for over a week. They seemed to think it was me and not the product, I don't think so, but I rarely get nails done so maybe. Either way, they offered to fix them, and they are even better that they were at first. So overall I'm very happy with the nails and customer service was great!
