They were able to handle my change of appointment from BIAB removal to a refill at the last minute. Since a refill takes more time than a removal and they did not have that time available, I had the luxury of two girls working on my nails instead of one! This is a salon that values its customers, using initiative to get the job done. As usual, v happy with the results!
