A great massage with a mixture of relaxation and therapy for a sore neck and back.Tomas pays careful attention to tailor the massage to what you need most. He takes great care of me!
The space is very welcoming and I cannot wait to go back!It was truly one of the best massage experienced I have ever had. I highly recommend!

I have had a lot of massages and Tomas definitely offers one of the best massages I've ever had. He is very skilled and knows exactly the right places to work on when I've had problems in my body and he was able to relieve my pain quickly. He is extremely professional and really cares about helping. He also provided me with exercises to do at home to help terrible pains I was having in my back and glutes. I would highly recommend Tomas if you want a relaxing massage or a massage to help any kind of physical issue.

Having a spinal condition, I am always a bit reticent when going for a massage as I have had bad experiences in the past and been left with more pain rather than less on several occasions. However, I had a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic experience with Tomas. He is a very gifted masseuse and I felt a significant reduction in tension and pain in the muscles of my back following treatment. He is very knowledgable on many conditions and made me feel like I was in safe hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Balance Your Life to anyone with back issues or chronic pain.
