Booked an appointment around over a week before the date of the appointment. Came in 3 days before the appointment to get my patch test done. Eventually was told that the beautician is on maternity leave on the day of the appointment. Would makes sense if I booked it last minute but that wasn’t the case so really really strange. Definitely won’t be going back.

Didn't test temperature on my hand and it was extremely warm. Waxed slowly and over the same area twice so was quiet painful
