This was my first swedish massage, though i have other types before. I explained the issues with my neck and shoulders and these were resolved. Quite tough going on these areas, but no pain no gain!

I have kept going back to Pure Health over the past nine years because I always leave feeling refreshed and toned up after my time there. I've had most of the wide range of treatments, and I've always found all the staff professional, courteous, and caring.There is a lovely peaceful atmosphere in the whole salon, and the background to this quietness is soft music that always feels very calming to me. The smiling staff always make me feel that I am having a real time out from the busy world outside. Best of all, they are good at what they do: the standards of hygiene are brilliant, the massages are always done extremely well, and the therapists are a very well trained team who give quality time to their clients.
