Very disappointed with the received overall service, lack of professionalism and disturbing state of the salon cleanliness: fish tank, skirting boards, walls, floor, equipment are in terrible condition, dirty. No attention to detail when cutting hair, uneven cut. rude communication, was asked to pay extra as soon as I sat down to the chair. No issue to pay more, but it was very unprofessional approach. Very unwelcoming place to be, lack of communication, low quality services.
