I had booked Jackie for my haircut however some other person did it. I showed them a picture of the haircut however it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. Disappointed overall!

I got a decent layers but not entirely what I asked for. The young man who helped me knows how to cut hair, but not so much how to listen to a customer. He treated my hair as if it's straight, which it's not, and rather than doing a wavy blow-dry, dried it straight and curled it with a wand. The waves were nice but they don't last this way with my hair. When I asked him to cut my bangs to my cheek bone, he told me straight up he wouldn't do it because it wouldn't look good. Fixed it myself.
