I was a few minutes late (only to find out via email afterwards that my appointment had moved 20 minutes sooner). Kevin was great and gave me exactly what I had wanted. Sia was kind enough to let me know the wax would be pointless as the hair needed to grow more. Really appreciate my sensitive skin not being traumatized for no reason.

I had a wonderful experience with Ella she did a really excellent job on my nails. She was gentle and paid great attention to perfecting them.
