The positive thing: everyone is very friendly and dedicated, I really appreciate it! And they are fast. However, there is lots of potential of improvement:
- It is not at all hygienic. They don’t sanitize the uv lamp nor the desk. They use the same brush, files for everyone, don’t use fresh towels (don’t use towels at all) for the manicure to put on the table, etc. All the equipment looks dusty (nail dust).
- Also, they don’t work 100% precisely, I wish I could upload a photo of the work
