This was my 2nd time going to this salon and I got Tony the last time too. My hair is very unexciting, a plain bob, but he was so attentive and thorough, I will definitely keep going back. I have got so many compliments about my hair this week!

The way everything was handled, the lack of listening as I asked for something specific, showed pictures of what I wanted and tried to explain in as many ways as possible. Tony tried to do what he thought looked best and was v. rude when I tried to explain I wanted layers, short on the top and gradually going down. I ended up instead with just short layers on top and none on bottom. So now I need to find somewhere that can fix. Then charged extra because my hair was long.
