The first time I got a wax here was fine, but the girl I got this time around was absolutely terrible. Without doubt the worst wax I’ve ever had. She told me she wanted to get my wax done asap so she could go home as it was end of the day. Beyond careless, no attention to detail and took way longer than a wax should. She burned my skin and got dirty wax strips stuck all over my phone which was laying on the table. The most awful chaotic experience I’ve ever had, absolutely avoid at all costs.
