My blow dry began 40 mins later than initially booked I was also charged 40 when it’s advertised as 35 at the time of booking Unfortunately the finish of the curl was not what I wanted and my hair was dry no conditioner or even hair oil used to finish and my hair was frizzy and sticking up at the top and wasn’t smooth
