Cut was not what I asked for. Asked for no layers just to make the ends choppy so that the cut didn't look blunt. Given short layers which was exactly what a didn't want. Very unhappy. I said I was going to be bridemaid for a wedding in the coming days and I just wanted it freshened up. No further questions asked by the hairdresser. Very poor communication.
