The cut was exactly what I wanted, however, the blowdry...way too hot, I had to put a beanie on when I left because they were not straight and the hairdresser could see it. Not even a heat serum has been applied on my hair, which is -I think- basic hair care, especially at a salon.
Not to mention I asked for Amy during my reservation and it was a man that did my hair - not that I have a problem with that but I wanted Amy because of the great reviews she has. The salon could have inform me.

Overall the experience was fine. Next day though the color went off in a nail so I have to go again to get it fixed. Also there are marks on some nails, I guess they needed more time at the oven. But Sia was a great professional and very gentle. I think it was just a bad nail day
