My appointment was made with Amy. However when I arrived I was given to a man who spoke no English whatsoever; making it impossible to tell him what I wanted. The wash was extremely rough and jarring. When it got to the cut, I knew I should walk out but didn’t want to make a scene. He was only able to to a straight cut all around and my hair ended up about two inches shorter than I gestured for as it took him a couple tries to get it even. I’ll now have to go pay another salon to fix this mess.
