The colour was good in the end - even if my roots do show - but something *always* seems to happen in Q&M, I had changed my booking from a tint to highlights and even though I had paid in full they were adamant that I had not. If somebody from Treatwell hadn't just happened to be in getting her nails done it might have been a disaster...
