Didn't catch the man's name but he did a great job on my hair and was very polite and attentive. Really happy with my experience.

There wasn’t a very welcoming atmosphere. When I got my hair washed the water was way too hot and then too cold and I felt uncomfortable about saying about the temperature again. I don’t say this lightly as I’m not fussy about temperature but it was actually scalding. The floor was covered in hair.
