I had a great experience in the salon, it was my first time there for a haircut and treatment, so it's always quite stressful as to how everything will go. They took the time to explained me that the normal treatment won't work on my hair, as it is strong, so they had an alternative, which will work better on my hair type. I really appreciate that. I liked the haircut and all the final results. The only thing is that it's better if they briefly explain the customer the process of the treatment, how much will last each stage and what they will do to your hair. In my case, it's not the first time I have a straightener treatment, but as it changes all the time, it feels better when they explain all the process. Instead of guessing what is happening.
