Had booked a haircut for 5:15pm with Valentina. Waited 30 minutes without any explanation/apology and then my hair was cut by a different man. I explained to the girl who took my payment after and she apologised. Poor experience overall.

I was seen to quickly .. the blow dry lasted a few days !! This time they didnt offer tea or coffee and I would have murdered a cup of tea while being pampered otherwise another good visit will return as I really like their blow drys

Staff wasn't that friendly but after all I went to get my nails done! Maybe it was because they were busy... Price is great. My nails weren't super shiny but it was OK...
