They take good care of you. Very thorough and gentle hair washing and then my hair cut was exactly what I wanted. Staff are all friendly and the salon is bright and clean.

Had booked a haircut for 5:15pm with Valentina. Waited 30 minutes without any explanation/apology and then my hair was cut by a different man. I explained to the girl who took my payment after and she apologised. Poor experience overall.
