Really really nice staff but unfortunately a really bad job at refilling my gel nails. Thick, uneven and lumpy at the base of my nails. Very fast but that seems to be due to cutting corners rather than talent unfortunately.

I had a full leg wax at Q&M and although the staff is absolutely lovely unfortunately I was not completely satisfied with the service. My appointment was at 3pm but the beautician was busy and saw me just at 3.30pm. This is completely understandable but that meant the my treatment was rushed and done very quickly to catch up with her next appointment...once I was back home I notice that some areas weren't waxed properly.
