Staff were15 min late treating me. Poor selection of colours. Gel polish chipped/completely flaked off after 24hrs on 8 nails.They repaired it with shellac, which chipped in less than 7 days. The therapist who repaired them hurt my nails by cutting the cuticles too much and buffing down too far. Salon didn’t seem clean, lots of splashes on the Perspex screen, I didn’t see therapists clean tools before my treatment. Staff were answering calls/checking people in while treating me which felt rushed
