I went today for a gel refill which is usually €35 in any other standard salon. I was charged €50 for a plain gel refill. Which my phone was held by staff while I took cash out of the machine. The only cleaning that was done was the change of paper sheet and a spray of what I can only imagine is sanitizer? They leave you standing around and ignore you while getting as many customers they can in at one time.
