Excellent and very pleasant service

First of all, I booked Amy, but she was double booked so I was told to come back in two hours if I wanted Amy, I nearly broke down in tears because I was under a lot of pressure that day and was left with no other choice but to take Bridgette. She changed the over all colour of my highlights from silver to golden and added additional colour to my T-zone which was applied inconsistently so I have patches all around my hair line! Bridgette was polite, but she messed up my hair.
