I have always been in and out of Rainbow throughout the years.. on 4th Sept 2021, I booked myself an eyebrow wax and tint and a haircut. The eyebrow albeit turned out okay, was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had. The lady doing my eyebrows WAS SO ROUGH. She also managed to take a chunk out of my skin just below my eyebrow. Then after the treatment, she just said “OK” and walked away - so EXTREMELY RUDE AND ROUGH. Booked for a haircut, it never happened. T E R R I B L E S E R V I CE
