Jessica was an exceptionally nice person. She followed all Covid protocols which was important for me. I also was really happy with my hair. I will return.

The atmosphere was too loud due to the hair dryers going all the time. Also the hygiene at the nail stations is satisfactory. The nail technician did not tidy up the area as she was going along with the nail treatment and she even had the UV lamp placed on top of pieces of my trimmed nails instead of replacing the disposable sheet on top of the towel with a clean one. It made me think do they sanitize the nail equipment after each use?
