Been to rainbows plenty of times and usually happy with my experience. Understandably they were extremely busy Christmas week. First time getting my hair done here and it got pretty chaotic. I had to move mid shampoo to free the basin for someone waiting to get bleach washed out. Also the toner they first tried started to turn my hair green! Luckily the ladies managed to fix it but when I heard them saying my hair was turning green I was terrified! I also got shellac which I am very happy with.

I had booked in for Shellac and CND Shellac products weren't used, I got Gelish instead. The salon was busy and the nail artist couldn't hear what I was requesting half the time. The base colour for my nails was all wrong, I explained to the artist that I wanted a light pink and I ended up with a mink brown colour. I asked for pastel nail art and ended up with neon instead. I'm not sure whether the salon was too loud for the artist to understand me, or if she just didn't understand me.

I was seen straight away when I went in. Eyebrows were doing beautifully and my shellac lasted weeks. Great place!!
