First time here, wanted to try it as I live close by. Staff were friendlybut bookings were haphazard,poor organisation.my appointmentwas for 5.15pm, wasn't leaving until 6.05pm because of appointment delays. I had booked in for a future appointmentfor a wax but not instilled with confidence at this visit, I cancelled this appointment and will not be back.

I felt very safe and enjoyed seeing all the girls again all the girls were cleaning as they went about their jobs

There was no social distancing at pedicure chairs, all 3 chairs were in use.
Hard skin remains on both feet straight after pedicure.

Lovely friendly and professional staff as always.
Very well organized with Covid Restrictions and felt very comfortable and safe with their enhanced processes
