First time here, wanted to try it as I live close by. Staff were friendlybut bookings were haphazard,poor organisation.my appointmentwas for 5.15pm, wasn't leaving until 6.05pm because of appointment delays. I had booked in for a future appointmentfor a wax but not instilled with confidence at this visit, I cancelled this appointment and will not be back.

There was no social distancing at pedicure chairs, all 3 chairs were in use. Hard skin remains on both feet straight after pedicure.
