Myself and my Mam were booked in for 1pm for pedicures. I was taken in and the therapist started straight away, but she started doing my filing and cuticles with my old polish still on. She was in such a rush that she made nearly all my cuticles bleed. My Mam was left sitting for nearly 30 mins and when she was taken in,the foot basin she was at was disgustingly dirty. By the time they started on my Mam I was nearly finished so much for going for a treatment together. I wouldn't be going back
